It is your responsibility to ensure that any guests are aware of all the park rules and that they comply with them at all times.
A copy of these rules should be left in your Caravan/Mobile Home/Chalet at all times especially if you are allowing your immediate family to use your Caravan/Mobile Home/Chalet

THE LICENSE: IS THE OWNER OF THE CARAVAN/CHALET/MOBILE HOME, ALSO ANY IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS, GUESTS OR EMPLOYEES
THE LICENSOR: IS ATLANTIC CARAVAN PARK OR ITS AGENTS.
The entrance barrier must not be interfered with in any way
The entrance must not be obstructed for any reason, or for any length of time however short. It is an emergency entrance/exit.
A maximum speed limit of 15 km/ph must be strictly observed at all times on the park.
The recommended speed is dead slow or else you may have a dead or seriously injured child on your hands
All vehicles must be locked when unattended, to deter theft and joyriding by outsiders who may gain entry to the park.
No parking of cars in other park users site without their permission.
All motor vehicles (maximum two per site) shall be parked on the said site only and not on any of the other grassed areas or roadways. Permission must be requested in advance of parking of extra vehicles or trailers.
No boats or trailers are to be left on said pitch while the Chalet/Mobile home/caravan is unoccupied. No boat shall be displayed or offered for sale in the park without first receiving the written permission of the licensor.
No motorised scooters, noisy motorcycles, quad bikes or noisy vehicles of any description are to enter the park.
A licensee found to be hiring out the chalet/mobile home/Caravan will result in the immediate disconnection of the chalet/mobile home and the occupants will have to leave the park forthwith.
A Licensee may allow there chalet/mobile home/caravan to be occupied by immediate relatives, (subject to 14 below) but are responsible for ensuring that their guests are fully aware of, and they comply with the site rules.
The names and dates of arrival of all guests may be notified to the licensor in advance. Licensees are responsible for providing their guests with key and the informing them on the operation of all apparatus.
License holders must remember that persons under age of eighteen and groups of young singles are to be accompanied by responsible adult.
During July and August, only license holders are to occupy the chalet/mobile home, no relatives unless accompanied by licensee. We do not want strangers in our midst at the busiest time of the year.
Keep the site clean and tidy to the satisfaction of the licensor and to make use of the bin system in place in the park for the disposal of domestic rubbish generated on the park only.
You are advised that it is your own interest not to leave bread or other foodstuffs on the grounds near your chalet/mobile home. This will only attract vermin.
The dropping of litter anywhere on the park is strictly forbidden. This includes cigarette butts.
Appearance of Caravan/Chalet/Mobile Home/Caravan
Chalet/Mobile homes/Caravan must be maintained in a state of repair and in a clean and tidy condition externally to the satisfaction of the licensor.
The licensor shall have the right to remedy the above, making a direct charge to the licensee.
The area underneath the Chalet/Mobile home/Caravan should be kept clear of unsightly articles and is not to be used as a storage area.
No washing or cloths to be hung on fences or hedges.
The entrance barrier and area around the barrier are out of bounds to children playing. This is for their own safety.
An adult should be supervising children at all times either in the Chalet /Mobile home or on the park.
The licensee must ensure that their children playing on the park, cycling or otherwise playing are equipped with appropriate safety equipment for that activity.
Disorderly or boisterous behaviour or creating noise and disturbances especially late at night or in the early hours will not be tolerated. Behaviour of this kind may result in the immediate termination of your license and disconnection and removal of the Chalet/Mobile home/Caravan from the site and the park.
In the interest of all, singsongs late at night are not acceptable all noise must cease at midnight. For the comfort and consideration of other park users, noise and disturbance late at night is not acceptable. This includes impromptu parties of any kind.
The licensee must not cause any damage to the site fences, trees hedging buildings or park fixtures and fittings.
The licensee is not to do permit to be done on the park site anything, which may become a nuisance or annoyance to the licensor, or occupier or licensees of other sites or owner or occupiers of adjoining property.
No trespassing on adjoining properties or causing nuisance to park users.
Atlantic Caravan Park must not be brought into disrepute by the behaviour or actions of residents whilst outside the park that would reflect badly on the reputation of the park.
Please be considerate of other park users, radios etc. must not be played whilst being carried on the park.
Radios, cassette players, CD players and televisions etc. must be kept at a volume that will not annoy other park users.
Foul language and abusive language is not acceptable
The drinking of alcohol or the carrying of glasses or bottles or cans while walking through the park is not acceptable.
Warning no stakes pins or other objects can be driven into the ground or any excavation to take place without prior reference to the licensor, due to the presence of underground services which could be damaged or cause injury if struck.
The licensee is strongly advised that candles or other naked flames (except fitted appliances) are not permitted in the Chalet/Mobile home/Caravan, and the licensee should ensure that a battery operated flashlight be used in the event of a power cut.
Gas bottles should be kept in an upright position at all times as advised by the manufacture.
All Chalet/mobile homes/Caravans should have a fire extinguisher and fire blanket.
The area underneath the Chalet/Mobile home should be kept free from flammable articles at all times.
No kite flying in the park, due to overhead power lines and damage caused by falling kites.
Licence holders must ensure that the number of persons occupying the Chalet/Mobile home/Caravan is not in excess of the number for which it was designed.
Firearms, air weapons, crossbows, of any description catapults, spears, knives, swords, or weapons of any description are not to be brought on the property. This includes toy weapons that cause projectiles to be fired any distance.
Electricity meter boxes are not to be interfered with for any reason.
The use of machinery or devices, which could cause damage to the electricity supply or create any danger whatsoever by reason of use is forbidden.
On no account is the electrical installation in the Chalet/Mobile home/Caravan to be interfered with or extended to any other structure, e.g. Sheds, decks, etc. The licensors electricians only will undertake all electrical work on site.
The licensee must ensure that bulbs in light fittings in the Chalet/Mobile home/ caravan should be a maximum 60 watts, unless the manufacture states a lower wattage.
No alterations or additions to the Chalet/mobile home or any ancillary erections, verandas, are permitted, except those agreed in writing by the licensor.
The Chalet/Mobile home/Caravan and all permitted additions, erections and ancillaries must be maintained in good order, repair and condition.
No audible alarms to be fitted to Chalet/mobile homes/Caravans.
The licensee must produce to the park manager, prior to a license being granted, a copy of the insurance policy of insurance relating to the Chalet/mobile home/Caravans. All Chalet/mobile homes/Caravans on the park must be fully insured against all liabilities, in particular public liability. ( Storm damage may not be covered unless the Chalet/Mobile home is securely anchored at all four corners)
The licensee shall indemnify and keep indemnified the park operators, there workers and others from all claims, actions costs and liability directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with the standing or parking of any Chalet/Mobile home/Caravns, vehicle or boat on any part of the park.
NO UNAUTHORISED or UNINSURED WORKMEN are allowed undertake any work on the park.
No committees or organisations have the right to represent the individual licensee and will not be entertained by the licensor.
The licensee must comply with all regulations and requirements of the licensor, which in the opinion of the licensor are necessary for the proper management and upkeep of the park.
Should you experience any unsociable/ unruly behaviour or disturbance late at night or at any time please telephone 096 36132 immediately in orders that we may take appropriate action. You will not have to become involved in any way.
